The second part of our two part Nutrition series, Nutrition 202, is a class for women pregnant 20 weeks through breast feeding. We will discuss normal weight gain and where that weight goes towards benefiting baby and mom, as well as how your body prepares to feed baby postpartum and what to expect in terms of healthy changes to moms body. In addition we will review high nutritional foods to get all of the vitamins needed for a healthy pregnancy and for healthy breast feeding from food instead of from a bottle.
This is a two hour class.
